I have been a Union Ironworker for 20+ years,

working long hours making for long days. Missing precious moments in my daughters life due to the long hours.

Don't get me wrong being a Union Ironworker has been a good career and provided for a good life thus far. However that is as far as Ironwork can take me.

And I want more, More time with the family, more financial freedom, more time to vacation and see more of the world.

I have been taught all my life that the harder you work the farther you can go in life. Although this is true, I have come to realize that can not get true financial freedom and time with my family working for an hourly wage.
